Crystal A. Doolity is an attorney with Maynard, O’Connor, Smith & Catalinotto, LLP, concentrating her practice in trusts and estates planning and administration, real estate and business transactions. Her real estate practice includes commercial and residential purchases and sales, leasing and financing and title insurance claims. Crystal’s prior experience has also involved elder law and personal injury and municipal defense. Maynard, O’Connor, Smith & Catalinotto, LLP was established in 1919 and maintains offices in Albany, Saugerties and Johnstown with experienced attorneys to provide clients exceptional legal service.

Crystal received a J.D. from Albany Law School in 2004, with a concentration in Family & Elder Law, upon completion of a joint B.A./J.D. program with the University at Albany. She was one of two Edgar and Margaret Sandman Fellows at the Government Law Center in 2003 and co-authored "APS: A Response to Financial Exploitation of Vulnerable Adults". While at Albany Law School, Crystal interned with New York State Office for the Aging, New York State Office of Children and Family Services - Bureau of Adult Services and Schenectady County Family Court with Hon. Mark L. Powers.

As a Director of Albany Law School’s National Alumni Association Board, Crystal remains active with the school serving as a co-chair of the Student Engagement Committee and mentor to first- and third-year students. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association – serving as the Fourth District Representative for the Young Lawyers Section, the Albany County Bar Association – serving as co-chair of the Young Lawyers Committee, the American Bar Association, the Schenectady County Bar Association and the Capital District Women’s Bar Association.

Crystal is also a member of the Ellis Hospital Ethics Committee and Capital Alliance of Young Professionals. She serves as a lector, RCIA instructor and council member for St. James Church in Albany. Her recreational activities include competitive volleyball and she is a member of the Iroquois-Empire Volleyball Association.
